ABOUT KENSINGTON RESEARCH AND RECOVERY
We are a company that helps businesses and individuals reduce government payments and recover refunds due to overcharges and overpayments. Our research department conducts a thorough analysis of government agencies by searching through public records to identify money that is owed to individuals. Our company finds refunds and situations where money can be saved, determines who is entitled to the benefit, then locates the appropriate person to inform them about the refund and offer our services to work on their behalf.
The government agencies we deal with often do not inform people when money is owed, and often are not required to by law. For many refunds, if the money goes unclaimed, they will eventually become the property of the government agency holding it and will serve as a source of revenue. This is why most of the people we contact have no idea that there is money available.
Attempting to reduce your payments and recover overcharges can be a tedious process. Many government agencies impose strict deadlines and require fully researched claim submissions, which are naturally very time-consuming. There is never a guarantee that one’s efforts will generate a successful outcome.
What’s behind the name Kensington?
Founders EJ Dal Bello and his wife, Nella, both grew up on the Southside of Chicago on Kensington Avenue. At the time, this neighborhood exuded culture, family, and community; virtues they internalized growing up.
It was in this neighborhood that EJ and Nella developed the values they would later bring to their business, Kensington Research and Recovery. EJ, Nella, and their eldest son, Frank, structured their family business to be dedicated to giving back to the community. Each holiday season, the family travels to the Southside Chicago neighborhood as a reminder of where they came from. It was these trips that helped develop the commitment to our customers…OUR COMMITMENT.
